It has been a bookstore, a bank specializing in the history of military and, very recently, an ice cream parlor. Very soon it will restart as a pizzeria. On Tuesday, the commissioners of the East Naples fire department signed an inter-local deal with the fire department of Golden Gate on a functional consolidation. Naples neighborhoods coming with higher prices
For sale signs throughout the streets of neighborhoods like - Old Naples, Port Royal and Aqualane Shores. In Naples, in this time of the year, this scene is not at all unusual. It is the busy season and this is the time when more sellers market their homes, anticipating more buyer interest with more and more visitors in the city.
Still, when it comes to the multimillion-dollar estates and mansions on or near waterfront, often it is not a quick sell and more than that some of the listings are over a year old.
Naples, a good place to taste old Florida
If you are searching for the beautiful charm of old Florida, then Naples would be the right place for that. This is a kind of place where local people gather to watch the sunset before strolling through the beach. It gives weary travelers a scope to walk at a slower pace.
Beach Mansion Sold
Thirteen signed a new contract for James Bates, a real estate agent. In 2012, they sold the 2nd priciest home in Olde Naples. The name of the buyer is not known as he wanted to remain anonymous.
But James told that the buyer is not a celeb and he is from the Northeast. It is expected that the expensive home will be there primary residence. They wanted to come to their new home and enjoy the season.
